ANAND SEAMLESS LTD manufactures Chrome Molybdenum – 4130 grade steel tubes to confirm to various international grades like MIL -T 6736 B, ASTM A 519 – 4130 etc to serve to the various applications that the tube finds. This grade Chrome Molybdenum Tubes – 4130 Steel mainly find application where there is requirement for higher resistance to corrosion, fatigue, temperature etc and hence is quickly replacing the carbon steel tubes in many industries. It finds application primarily in Aerospace – Aircraft Quality Tubing, Heat Exchangers in Petrochemical and refining Industries, OEM component manufacturers of Automobile Components.

These tubes are custom made to the Buyers size and requirement through the Cold Drawing Process and subsequently supplied in Normalized condition for ease of further operations like Bending, Machining, and Welding etc. Since the tubes are produced by Cold Drawn (Drawn On Mandrel – DOM ) process the dimensional tolerances are maintained very closely. This reduces the further processing costs and also provides better results on design because of more accuracy.

Furthermore the 4130 Steel grade material can be hardened and tempered also for specific purposes.
